Huayang Head A2 Pressure Vessel Manufacturing License On-site Accreditation Evaluation Successfully Completed

On June 16th, 2023, experts from Henan Petrochemical Equipment Management Association and Xinxiang Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Special Equipment Leadership Level visited Henan Huayang Head Co. At 8:30 a.m. on the 17th, experts from Henan Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association, special equipment leading experts from Municipal Supervision Bureau, General Manager of Huayang Head RuXiangBo, RuXiangWei, and all the staffs of A2 grade pressure vessel QA system participated in the first meeting of the on-site evaluation.

In the first meeting, Cui Tiebing, the assessment leader, clarified the specific requirements and arrangements for the accreditation assessment work. Ru Xiangbo, general manager of Huayang Head, delivered a welcome speech, and Zhang Huanhuan, quality assurance engineer, introduced the basic situation of the company in detail and reported the preparatory work for the accreditation.

In this on-site audit, the experts of the evaluation team carried out the evaluation work in accordance with the relevant standards, through on-site audit, actual measurement, review of relevant information, etc., and carried out a comprehensive inspection strictly in three aspects, namely, resource conditions, quality assurance system, and product quality and safety. Resource conditions group: inspected the welding of finished and semi-finished sample tanks; inspected the conformity of pressure vessel manufacturing raw material warehouse, welding material warehouse, welding laboratory, physical and chemical room, pressure test area, non-destructive testing exposure room and other venues, and inspected the company's ability to drum spinning equipment, plate rolling machine, welding equipment and other equipment; verified the company's land certificate, company qualifications, patents, plant area, physical and chemical testing equipment account, the responsible engineers, and the company's land certificate. Testing equipment account, each responsible engineer, engineering and technical personnel education and title certificates, welders, non-destructive personnel operating license. Quality Assurance System Group: The Quality Assurance Manual, Program Documents, General Process Documents, Quality Record Card Sample Forms are inspected in detail; the current valid manufacturing regulations and standards are inspected for completeness. Product quality and safety group: the product drawings and other design documents, welding process, welding process evaluation, material quality certificate, non-destructive testing, heat treatment and other contents of the review, and the actual measurement of the product appearance and geometric dimensions.

Through the 3-day on-site certification, examination and defense, the last meeting of the certification was held on the evening of June 18th. At the last meeting, the leader of the evaluation team made a comprehensive summary of the evaluation work, that the company is well-prepared for the accreditation review work, in the management system, quality assurance, technical capabilities, site conditions and other aspects of the certification requirements, with the ability to A2 pressure vessel manufacturing license; affirmation of the achievements at the same time, but also on the site of the work of the certification need to be rectified items to make a description of the rectification report will be sent back to our company, after the rectification of qualified will be issued by the Henan Market Supervision Authority certificate. The rectification report will be sent back to our company, and the certificate will be issued by Henan Market Supervision Administration after qualified rectification.

It is worth mentioning that several designers overcame the pressure during the licensing period, and finally passed the test after one day of examination on June 16, which laid a solid foundation for the company to successfully obtain A2 class pressure vessel manufacturing license (including design, manufacturing and installation), which is a recognition of the company's resource conditions, design capability, manufacturing capacity, etc., and provides a further development of pressure vessel market Guarantee.

With the joint efforts of all the personnel of Huayang Head, the on-site licensing work for A2 class pressure vessel manufacturing license was successfully completed.
